Next HOA Board Meeting Virtual on Zoom
Tuesday November 14th, 7pm
All HOA meetings are hosted virtually via Zoom and are open to all residents.
All Belle Meade resident are encouraged to attend, the board review the past and futur activities regarding safety, infrastructure, beautification and code compliance. We usually have the Commander Kerr and local police officers reporting on safety in Belle Meade as well as Commissioner King.

2022 Survey results
The Belle Meade HOA 2022 Survey was sent via email to 201 email addresses on file for HOA members in 2020 and 2021. We obtained 107 responses, out of the roughly 150 HOA members. See the results here

Security Proposal to Belle Meade Residents
The board of Belle Meade Home Owner Association has been investigating several security measures to make our neighborhood safer and more valuable. Private police patrols have proven to be successful in achieving these goals in several neighborhoods so we would like to highlight the key benefits and associated costs with you and ask that you provide us with your feedback.

One of our own; 90-year-old security guard for Belle Meade Island was taken on a Honor FlightJulius Woods, one of the security guards from Belle Meade Island was taken on a Honor Flight for his time in the U.S. Navy during the height of World War II. Honor Flight South Florida flew Woods and 77 other veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the World War II memorial.
“All along you go around being a nobody and then somebody takes the time to notice,” Woods said. “It makes you feel real good.”
